Jungle Juice on Friday & Saturday.
Study Juice on Sunday.
That’s the weekend ritual, right? You destroy your brain cells & neurotransmitters the first couple of nights, then spend all of Sunday replenishing your mind, body, & soul in the library, catching up on those essays you laughed about until now.
Am I stereotyping college students?
Perhaps… Yet, even if you’re a prudent student practicing abstinence, the stress of being a persistently good student is enough to demolish your brain cells, brain chemicals, & motivation after awhile, which means even the stereotypically “good” student are in need of a little Study Juice every now & then.
Which is why we have Study Juice, the nootropic supplement, to glue together our fraying minds after too many late night benders (study sessions*).
Let’s see how this Study Juice works:

About Study Juice
- Manufactured by Brain Forza, Study Juice is the juiciest non-liquid nootropic supplement for studying, among other brainy tasks.
- Study Juice’s proprietary blend contains 4 proprietary complexes that focus on: Energy & Mood, Focus & Motivation, Memory & Recall, and Absorption.
- Within each complex is an impressive list of high quality, premium nootropics, in addition to the questionable additions of caffeine, catuaba, & betaine.

My Study Juice Review
Perhaps you’ve noticed: Study Juice isn’t real juice.
But that’s not the point: The intent of Study Juice seems to be getting you juiced. You’re juiced up on Study Juice! I know, this is advanced level stuff, but let’s reel it back a bit and check out the ingredient mini reviews:
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5′-Phosphate) – The premium “active” form of the best B vitamin for nootropic mood boosts. More on Vitamin B6.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) – Also the preferred form of this B vitamin, although I don’t necessarily rank it as a significant nootropic–unless you’re elderly or vegan or, God forbid, an elderly vegan. More on Vitamin B12.
Study Juice Proprietary Blend
Energy & Mood Complex, 314 mg
Rhodiola Rosea (3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides) – Potent standardized extract of an awesome adaptogenic herb, demonstrated to fight mind-numbing fatigue & stress. A personal favorite. More on Rhodiola Rosea.
Natural Caffeine (from Green tea) – Natural or synthetic: Caffeine is caffeine. Not a true nootropic, but a reliable mental stimulant. More on Caffeine.
Guarana Seed Extract (22% caffeine) – Guarana is caffeine heavy. Essentially more caffeine, plus other potential guarana antioxidants. More on Guarana.
Schisandra Chinensis 5/1 Berry Extract (XandraPure™) – Premium grade 5:1 extract of adaptogenic berries historically used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for energy, stamina, & stress.
Focus & Motivation Complex, 515 mg
Catuaba Bark 5/1 Extract (Trichilia catigua) – Interesting addition here. Primary interest in this herb lies in its sex enhancing abilities, but it’s also believed to boost mood–particularly of the NSFW variety.
Natural L-Theanine (from Green tea) – One of my favorite nootropic compounds for its emphasis on alpha brain waves, which are associated with creative thinking & wakeful relaxation. A great relaxing complement to caffeine. More on L-Theanine.
Theacrine (from TeaCrine®) – Touted as a “caffeine-like” substance that boosts focus, minus the jitters. I’m down for that, especially if it complements Study Juice’s caffeine content for a cleaner, caffeinated experience.
Red Panax Ginseng Blend (whole herb) – Ginseng is great for physical performance, which may translate well into mental performance. Not quite a direct nootropic, but I like it. More on Panax Ginseng.
Memory & Recall Complex, 648 mg
KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract (Withania somnifera) (5% withanolides) – Major multi-purpose Ayurvedic adaptogen, valued for its use in physical, mental, & sexual health. KSM-66 is arguably the best brand of Ashwagandha. More on Ashwagandha.
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine – Quality NALT form of anti-stress L-Tyrosine, an amino that depletes during stressful conditions. Supplement NALT during such conditions works as a game-changing mood & focus booster. More on L-Tyrosine.
Betaine Anhydrous – Its role in muscle protein synthesis is well known. As such, it’s commonly found in bodybuilding supplements, not nootropics. Although it’s bio-effects on homocysteine may work to protect against impaired memory.
Acetyl L-Carnitine – ALCAR is the correct form for nootropic L-Carnitine effect, but this compound’s benefits may be limited to older men & women. More on ALCAR.
American Ginseng Extract (Panax quinquefolius) (root) (5% ginsenosides) – Similar to the Red Panax Ginseng above, with the exception of a few ginsenoside differences.
Vinpocetine – Great semi-synthetic, semi-natural nootropic for enhanced cerebral circulation. The extra inflow of oxygen & nutrients to the brain may supercharge brain health & cognition. More on Vinpocetine.
Absorption, 5 mg
Black Pepper Fruit Extract (95% piperine) (from Bioperine®) – Any supplement product, nootropic or no, may benefit by Bioperine for its nutrient absorption enhancement benefits. This tiny addition boosts the overall bio-availability of Study Juice’s power for quicker, more potent bio-effects.
Study Juice: For Thirsty Geeks & Gamers
There’s an undeniable brilliance to Study Juice‘s design, regardless if you think it’s good or bad or something in between. Personally, there’s quite a bit I like about this formula–namely the following key points:
- Ingredient Choices: Not all ingredients, but most are well-chosen for their diverse, well-researched, high value nootropic bio-effects.
- Ingredient Quality: Most of these ingredients are in high quality form, providing extreme potency that’s further boosted by the addition of Bioperine.
- Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin I can live with. Other than that, Study Juice’s capsules are clean & free from nasty additives & needless FD&C colorants.
The brain benefits targeted by Study Juice include: Energy, Mood, Focus, Motivation, Memory, & Recall. And, for the most part, these benefits check out, given Study Juice’s wide variety of solid nootropics. The mix of energetic feel-goods & anti-stress relaxation gives this formula major dopaminergic vibes (that’s neurotransmitter dopamine).
Yet, I’m left wondering how effective this formula is at accomplishing these benefits without knowing the exact dosages of each ingredient. Study Juice supplies a sizable amount of ingredients, but fails to reveal their dosages by opting for proprietary blends on its label–in effect lumping ingredients under catch-all dosages.
To their credit, they don’t lump the entire formula under a prop blend. And judging by the high quality of these ingredients, I’m confident that Study Juice provides adequate, possibly excellent, ingredient dosages. But there’s a slight element of faith involved there.
Interestingly, Study Juice slides in a few stimulants & energizers like caffeine, catuaba, & theacrine. If Study Juice simply opted for caffeine, I’d be a little disappointed–but the additions of catuaba & theacrine are interesting, particularly the latter, which may help alleviate the caffeine delivery. The catuaba, on the other hand, is simply just for the funs & feel-goods. *wink wink nudge*
My gut says the formula holds a greater emphasis on brain healthy nutrition rather than cheap cognitive stimulation, especially with relaxing L-Theanine to smooth out the caffeinated jitters. Although it’s not literal juice, Study Juice is still an apt title for this product.
The Pros
- Study Juice covers a wide range of nootropic brain benefits with its diverse blends of well-chosen nootropic ingredients.
- The ingredients are of high premium quality, nearly across the board. An impressive feat considering the reasonable price of this stack.
- Brain Forza keeps it simple & clean during the manufacturing process, leaving the nasty additives out of its capsules.
The Cons
- Proprietary blends are annoying, but they’re especially annoying in big stacks like Study Juice.
- Caffeine is a cheap way to go about boosting mental energy & cognition. Although, admittedly, Study Juice does enough to remedy its caffeine content.
- Considering its quality, Study Juice is beyond reasonably priced, which is good for you poor college students (This point is actually a Con for Brain Forza).
Pricing
- $34.95 for 90 capsules, a 30-day supply
- $1.17 per serving
Who Takes Study Juice?
Judging by the models used in Study Juice’s ads, I’d say this is a nootropic supplement geared towards the college aged student & worker. Or the eternally young gamer.
Where to Get It
Study Juice can be bought directly from Brain Forza or through various online retailers.
Conclusion: Does Study Juice Work?
Study Juice works.
The problem with proprietary blends is you never know for sure what’s going on with a supplement. However, Study Juice presents itself so well, with nootropics of extreme potency & quality, that I’d actually be surprised to learn that Study Juice is a fraud.
The formula is on-point.
The capsules are clean.
The design is slick.
And for only $1.17 per serving, this is a steal of a buy. Just compare that to a cup of Starbucks. At the least, it makes for a high value, brain healthy coffee alternative. Regardless of the caffeine, Study Juice is a juicy supplement for all you study freaks & gaming geeks.
I give it my geekiest recommendation.
